莎阿南愛城高級套房酒店 (i-City Premier Suites Shah Alam)

房間乾淨整潔，周邊配套方便，商場超市，遊樂場都有，配套健身房，游泳池。缺點是衞生間的燈跟排風扇開關在一起，噪音比較大

The booking process was confusing from the start. Upon reserving, we were asked to join a WhatsApp group where we finally received the real address—turns out the location pin on the website is fake. The instructions provided for key collection and parking were poorly coordinated and quite unclear. When I arrived at my room, I was surprised to find housekeeping staff still inside (see 1st picture). The room wasn’t fully cleaned yet, and after they left, the floor is smelly as hell due to the dampness from mopping. Although the smell improved once the floor dried, it was quite unpleasant at first. I also had trouble with the washing machine (see 2nd picture). The assigned power socket didn’t work, so the housekeeping staff awkwardly moved the entire machine to use a different, inconvenient socket. Even then, the machine kept turning off repeatedly and I had to restart it manually several times. The following day was even worse. The iron provided was a foreign plug type, and when I plugged it in, the entire unit’s electricity shut down. I had to reset the power manually and wait nearly an hour for a replacement iron, which never arrived. I later learned the housekeeper brought the iron to the wrong apartment and didn't bother to update us. I literally went for another MapleHouse apartment and ask for the other guest for another iron. When I eventually got to use the same model iron, the power shorted out a second time. Out of frustration and urgency, we ended up going out for laundry service as we had pressing matters to attend to. Additionally, the toilet was smelly and not well maintained, and the water heater had a poor pressure. Overall, my one-night stay here was filled with numerous inconveniences and issues—from poor maintenance and weak customer service to a complete lack of communication and low-quality amenities. I cannot recommend this provider based on my experience.

Nice and good location for couple to stay. Near mall and attractions. A lot of shop nearby. Got instruction to get the key.

No physical place to make contact. Pin point in Google is fake. Place name is common name, not existed. Only gives local phone, no email, no line. They demand all from customer to do eg. deposit, document, etc. I used other person local phone to call them even before 12AM, they were not helping at all. I screenshot all evidences. Why 訂房網站 registered common name hotel with incorrect location??

超級無敵差！ 1. 圖片和實際不符，現實條件很差 2. 根本沒有任何中文服務，沒有前台，説出發前會發送入住指南到郵箱，根本沒接收到，酒店網絡電話也打不通！到了還找的陌生人聯繫她們，然後一直不加我微信髮指南（打了六七個電話！ 我説我沒有whatsapp） 最後把入住指南發給陌生人大哥 我拍照後跟著指示到指定信箱拿房卡 還要走路去指定的小區 看到環境天塌了 ….完全不懂英文的真的一點都不要嘗試！ 3. 非常難溝通…説了房間有問題不入住 願意接受付一晚費用其他看能不能退給我 我不住了。也拒絕！ 真的超級垃圾….當天換酒店了…

Homestay yang sangat selesa cuma bilik air bawah tiada tempat mandi cuma bilik air di atas saja boleh di guna untuk mandi.

Bilik semua dalam keadaan baik dan bersih..family selesa duduk cuma tak best masa nk cari bilik a bit confuse dan parking berbayar ye..tp recommend kalau nak duduk ramai ii sebab selesa..parking berbayar guna tng

Saya amat kecewa servis yang diberikan. Saya called 4.30ptg utk confirm ..kemudian pukul 10.00malam saya called untuk nak dapatkan maklumat no bilik dan location. Tapi tak ada respon. Sehingga pukul 1.00pagi saya terpaksa booking homestay baru. Pukul 1.30pagi baru bahagian homestay beri maklumat no bilik, dan kunci bilik. Saya amat kecewa, dan penat. Servis yang teruk, lambat respon.

Beware, refund deposit 7-14 working days ya. Customer service pada awalnya OK bila complain tempat contact less card rosak buat bunyi bising sampai tak boleh tidur mereka terus diam membisu sampai tanya pasa deposit pun diam. Tiada android tv, kena tgk channel tv biasa je, tiada youtube atau netflix. Paling best adalah lokasi, dekat dgn icity shah alam.
